About OLN

Cathy Cole

Since 2000, Cathy has been the OLN Office Manager, supervising administrative support staff and daily office operations. She administers Human Resource functions and performs various fiscal duties. Cathy assists in drafting and managing office policies and procedures and acts as staff liaison for technical and legal issues. She coordinates Governing Board and other statewide constituent meetings. Cathy serves as Registration Chair on the annual Conference Planning Committee, and is a member of several other internal committees, including the grants researching and writing team. She manages and maintains various OLN databases and the OLN library.

Cathy's previous positions include: the Office Manager and Graduate Studies Coordinator in the department of Food Science and Technology at The Ohio State University; managing the emergency hours operation of the OSU Veterinary Hospital business and admissions office; and performing administrative duties in several other OSU departments, including the Medical Center, since 1986.

Cathy holds a B.A. in English from The Ohio State University.
