About OLN

Judy Leach

Judy Leach is the Assistant Director for Ohio Learning Network (OLN), an initiative of the Ohio Board of Regents, charged with assisting colleges and universities to prepare for the Knowledge Economy. OLN is a consortium of two- and four-year public and independent colleges and universities in Ohio.

Judy is responsible for the day-to-day OLN operations that meet short and long term goals of the organization and the Ohio e-learning community. She develops fiscal policies for statewide funding programs, implements technical, fiscal and human resources management activities.

She holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics education from the University of Toledo.
